What this sector deals with today.
Corporate treasury teams manage money across multiple entities, cost centres and currencies. Without a unified financial infrastructure, they rely on accounts at different institutions — each requiring separate logins, separate reconciliation runs and separate reporting exports. Consolidated visibility of the group's position requires a manual aggregation process that is always out of date by the time it is ready.
Bulk payouts — supplier runs, salary processing, commission disbursements — add a further operational load: files prepared manually, submitted through separate portals and tracked across systems. Approval trails exist in email threads rather than in a governed record, which creates audit risk and slows down month-end.
Account hierarchy · Multi-entity
One programme for every entity in the group.
Stand up a multi-account structure for every entity, subsidiary and cost centre in your group — under a single programme agreement. All accounts are live from setup, visible from the group total down.
Any number of legal entities — onboarded and issued accounts within the same programme
Parent-child hierarchy — roll up any entity's balances to the group total immediately
Named accounts per cost centre, project or purpose — no separate programmes required
Permissions by entity — control which users can view, initiate or approve at each level

Compliance & evidence
Every corporate treasury capability runs under governed, audit-ready controls.
Payscape operates Control Cloud — our own governed compliance environment. We author, version-control, test and deploy every compliance rule ourselves; the configuration is never outsourced. Every account event, IBAN assignment, transfer and transaction is recorded with its compliance context — screening status, monitoring outcome and the version of the rule Payscape applied — so you can show your working to a regulator, auditor or investor at any point.
Payscape version-controls every rule — every change reviewed, approved and deployed by us
Audit trail per event — not just the transaction but the compliance decision
Safeguarding reconciled daily — client funds matched and confirmed automatically
Reporting out of the box — pre-built statements and extracts in standard formats

Common questions.
There is no fixed limit. Payscape programmes support any number of legal entities — subsidiaries, joint ventures, cost centres — within a single programme agreement. Each entity is onboarded individually with its own KYB checks, then visible consolidated from the group level.
Yes. Workflows are configurable per payout category — for example, supplier payments above a threshold require dual authorisation, payroll runs require finance director approval, and commissions execute automatically below a defined limit. All rules are version-controlled and the approval history is logged per transaction.
From the portal: build a batch manually or upload a standard payment file. Via API: POST a batch object with your payment records. Both methods support the same approval workflow and produce the same audit trail. Scheduled batches are supported in both modes.
Balances and transaction history update in real time — every inbound and outbound payment is reflected immediately. The consolidated group view, entity drill-down and transaction history all show the same live position. There is no batch window or end-of-day refresh.
